An introductory workshop for foragers to learn about the temperate zones’ seasonal wild plants, their identification, ecological role, medicinal and nutritional properties and ideas on how to incorporate them into your medicine cabinet or kitchen cupboard.

Bring a basket (or paper bag if don’t have one), a large ziploc bag, and a pocket knife or scissors. A copy of the plant field guide will be emailed to you upon registration. It is suggested you print it (in colour) and bring it with you, along with a pen to take notes.
