Quartette Choquette

Blues with Sylvie Choquette, Jody Golick, Mark Kennedy, Gordon Adamson.

Sylvie Choquette is a singer-songwriter, bassist, and vocalist who made her mark on Quebec’s French language music scene from 1977 to 1997. She contributed to numerous albums and artistic projects, including television, film, and musical theatre. She was inducted into the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2017 for co-writing the beloved Québécois song Si j’avais un char. In 2024 she returned to the stage with Montreal’s Stephen Barry Band. Now Sylvie is leading Quartette Choquette featuring a line-up of venerable and talented blues musicians. 

Sylvie is accompanied by Jody Golick (Stephen Barry Band) on sax.

Trio Amore

Trio Amore with professionals Gill Stikeman, Karen Bell, and guest Kim Bell will captivate audiences of all ages with a vibrant and energetic string ensemble.   Their exceptional musicianship and stage presence will be an unforgettable experience and have you tapping to the beat.

Aidan Smith

Aidan Smith is a multi-instrumentalist who enjoys playing many genres of music. His background is mostly in playing keyboards for rock and popular music, and he enjoys playing pipe organ in his spare time. He is excited and honored to be included as one of the Manitou Musicians.

Stephen Simcoe

Stephen Simcoe was thrown out of his grade 9 music class for playing the Beatles on his violin then joined a rock band.  It’s been uphill ever since.

Andrew Dawson

Andrew Dawson entertains audiences with wit and finesse playing the ukelele.
